Our team

A broad mix of backgrounds and expertise is the key to our team’s creative potential. Our members come from numerous countries within the European Region, offering not only diverse market expertise, but also creating a fun, multi-cultural dynamic. Additionally, each member brings unique experience from working in various business fields such as marketing and sales, HR, and IT.

We’re connected by the foundational belief that our projects can really make a change. We want to understand real problems and ultimately bring the best solution to customers.

OUR METHODOLOGIES

Implementation

Our backlog is full of creative and promising ideas. Bringing these ideas to life is a
complex task though. We therefore follow well-structured and scientifically funded
methodologies in each step of our projects.

EVALUATION
All our projects start with a careful evaluation of the problem we want to solve. Only when we understand the actual customer need, we are able to provide the right solution.

REAL MARKET TESTING
Having defined the exact problem, we start developing the right solution step by step. Every product concept is based on a prototype which is tested in a real market. This way, we can validate that there is an actual demand for our solution and iteratively test, which features of our concept are crucial for success.

Collaboration opportunity with University

Gaining young customers in France, Spain, UK and Germany: The InnoHub’s first collaboration project with a University

The InnoHub has successfully finished our first collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences Münster.

19 international students of International New Ventures received a challenge: „How can we reach the young customer segment?“ and came up with 4 innovative, customer-centric suggestions for UK, France, Germany and Spain.

About us

Our innovation team in the Media Harbor Düsseldorf is looking for additional support in our current projects. Together we work on new and innovative topics in the mobility sector, develop product ideas and test them on the real market very fast. As an intern, you are a full member of our team and will enjoy working with much autonomy and flat hierarchies. Your colleagues come from various business fields and European countries and collaborate in a highly digital and agile way. We appreciate every creative mind to support our very exciting projects!

Your tasks &
responsibilities

  • Contribution to the Innovation Hub in the areas of ideation, research, pitches and
    general organization of cooperation
  • Project support and management in the operational area
  • Communication with partners regarding deadlines and target agreements, definition of
    market entry strategies for new products and coordination of marketing campaigns
  • Social Media Account und Content Management

Your profile / your qualifications

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of business or
    communication sciences, business informatics, etc.
  • You have already gained some practical experience in your field
  • You are interested in innovations and like to think „outside-the-box”
  • You are familiar with digital and social media
  • You speak German and English fluently

Personal characteristics

  • You have good planning and organizational skills
  • You work with a „hands-on“ mentality, solution-oriented and pragmatic
  • You like to take responsibility and work independently and thinking ahead

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Win and MAC OS-based applications
  • Ability to use communication and project management programs (Slack, MS Teams,
    Confluence, Trello, etc.) and other standard office programs (MS Office, Mac OS,
    Outlook, etc.)
  • Basic UX/UI design capabilities would be an advantage
